The collaborative project between the Department of Fashion Design, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University, and ITS Academy, Italy, involves joint activities utilizing Thai mudmee silk and handwoven fabrics from the Royal Craft Promotion Project. Thai and Italian students work together to create designs on mannequins and produce sketches, which have garnered significant interest from Italian professors and students.
Additionally, the project includes visits to architectural landmarks, historical sites, art museums, and fashion design hubs in Venice, Milan, and Verona. These experiences enhance knowledge, understanding, and inspiration, paving the way for students to become fashion designers with a strong foundation in art and aesthetics.
